We keep this short because we collect very little.
The questions, the guide and the templates are files you download. You write your answers wherever you like. Nothing you write is sent to us unless you choose to send it, for example if you buy the layout service and email us your text.
Write to support@mylifestorykit.com and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within a few days, and we do not ask you to justify the request.
My Life Story Kit is a digital product. It contains a set of 200 questions in twelve chapters, a start guide, five ready-made requests for an AI assistant, page templates with a cover, and a printing sheet. It is delivered as files by email, usually within a few minutes of payment.
It is not a printed book, and it is not a service that writes your story for you. You receive the material and you write your answers. If you buy the optional layout service, we then lay out the text you send us.
You may use the kit for yourself and for members of your family. You may print it as many times as you like. You may not resell it, share it publicly, or distribute it as your own product.
We cannot promise a particular number of pages, a particular printing cost from third parties, or that you will finish. What you get is the material, the method and the daily rhythm that helps people finish. Everything else depends on you.
The files stay available to you. If a download link stops working, write to us and we will send a fresh one.
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which handles applicable taxes and issues your receipt. Any claim relating to this product is handled by the merchant of record under its own terms.
Write to support@mylifestorykit.com within thirty days of your purchase and say you want a refund. You do not have to explain why. We refund the full amount to the original payment method.
You keep the questions, the guide and the templates. We would rather you write your book than have your money back.
We approve the refund within two business days. Your bank or card issuer then takes a few more days to post it.
